A lot of hype over Luke Little. Resembles Randy Johnson and has a timed fastball at 105 mph.

I feel like each year I become a bigger minority that baseball is still my favorite sport. That being said I still do not understand why baseball is trying to make this work when the outcome is going to be sub par baseball and yes I know their is money involved. When you have players opting out for the year, the possibility of many reserves playing because a player or players have to sit out over 25% of the season because they have the virus and starting pitchers going down daily because of injury. Plus a 60 game schedule really proves nothing. I still have to wonder if the season will fully happen and if it does I feel any playoff run will be tainted. I am ready for the 2021 season to start.

While you won't be able to watch the games inside Wrigley, you may be able to watch the games from one of the rooftops across the street: https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/294 ... o-sale-350

The city of Chicago has approved the rooftops for 25% capacity. Wrigley View Rooftops, which is across Waveland, is advertising tickets at $350 ($250 on Sundays) which includes food, beer, and wine. CDC guidelines will be followed including temperature checks before anyone enters the building. Tickets for Opening Day vs. the Brewers are already sold out but tickets remain for the rest of that series.

The Cubs are also one of the MLB teams experimenting with piping in crowd noise.

This ones on Joe. A trade that was great until Joe overused him, after Theo warned him not to.

If only MTCO and Marquee get a full agreement and they turn off the coming soon screen that’s been on for months

12:05 start today hosting the Brew Crew. The line is Chicago -152 but Darvish is on the hill and I don’t trust him especially early in the season. He got lit up last outing with no control of his slider. It’s a nasty pitch but he needs to throw it for a strike. If he can make it out of the first unscathed Cubs win. Big if.

Brewers tie it at one in the 2nd. Milwaukee should not have scored as Chicago blows a rundown. The play was scored a fielders choice resulting in the run being earned. IMO it should have been scored as a team error.

They are going to lose today because the bullpen was horrible!

The Cubs move into a tie with the Cards after winning 2 of 3 from the Brewers behind the pitching of Tyler Chatwood. The game was televised on the Marquee Sports Network. Following the game it televised The Mayor of Rush Street about Harry Caray and then Cubs Legends about Kerry Wood’s 20 strikeout game.

Did you really think this season was going to be completed? This is an honest question.
