I will be going camping next weekend and want some good tried and true camping recipes. Much thanks!

I'll bite. One pot meals are best, so Basil Parmesean Orzo.
Cook the orzo pasta (we put a can of corn in this as well). Add basil to the pot near the end of cooking. Allow people to add parmesean to their meal if they wish.

Baggie Omlets.
Bring a big pot, a gallon a water, gallon zip lock bag, eggs, cheese, diced ham, or what ever you want in it.
Bring the pot to a boil over campfire or portable grill, empty your eggs into the bag, smush em up in the bag, salt n pepper, and other fixings in the bag, take all the air out of it and zip it.
Place the bag in the pot, and leave the Ziploc top on the outside of the pot, when it starts to float by itself, you have a perfect omlet.
