As the trial was set to commence today, attorneys for the NCAA has announced a settlement in the amount of $20M which be awarded to former student athletes that attended "certain universities during the years when the games were sold":

I think only the Electronic Arts game suit settled so far, and that the O'Bannon trial is proceeding...at least for now anyway.
