The numbers do work in the Blues favor a little bit coming off a loss like the one they had last night. They're 9-3 on the road in the postseason. Binnington has a sub-2.00 GAA following a loss. The team has shown to have good performances coming off bad ones like they did last night.

In addition to the normal viewing party they've been having at Enterprise Center (which sold out in 31 minutes and for which they upped the ticket price to $20 with resellers selling tickets on StubHub for upwards of $200), there will also be a watch party at Busch Stadium tomorrow night with the Blues game airing on the main scoreboard and the Cardinals game shown on the out-of-town scoreboard.

I know it *** for out of town folks, but this is the kind of cr@p that makes me wish they just went back to lines at the box office and not sell tickets online. It’s the only way to prevent massive automated bots buying all of the tickets. I love the convenience of buying tickets online, but at what point is enough enough?

They’re having a watch party at Busch too. I hope the scalpers eat a bunch of tix.

Season ticket holders had access for an hour and half before the general public was available. Everywhere is packed in St Louis. Ballpark village is a zoo, Enerprise sold out, it appears Busch very busy as well. On the Illinois side at a bar and it is packed too. These games have been breaking all kinds of local records in TV ratings. The city is going nuts

Got a Tarasenko third jersey ordered through NHL Shop. Got it in the mail today and am wearing it tonight.

This is literally a once in a lifetime chance.

Let’s *** go, Blues!

Blues started strong but Boston has controlled since. Face offs are off to a bad start for the Blues

Kerbs brought up on radio that going into tonight's game, the Bruins power play is at 40% in wins during this run. In losses, their power play is 16%.

That Nordstrom hit earned Sundqvist a suspension buts let’s pretend that the NHL doesn’t want Boston to win.

And if Chara is going to grab Maroons face then I would take that as permission to hit him in the jaw

OReilly with the deflection to put the Blues up 1-0

He and Binnington have been monsters in the first

With that goal, Ryan O'Reilly now has the Blues franchise record for points in a single postseason. Previous record was held by Brett Hull, Doug Gilmour, and Bernie Federko.

Binnington was the far better goalie. Blues are taking advantage of their chances

Rask only faced 4 shots that entire period. Normally goalies like more activity early in the game than that I would think.

The Blues must play better. Can Binnington play like that for sixty minutes?

Yes absolutely. Even out possession and control the game

Unbelievable stretch there. Schenn off the post followed by seemingly 10 years of play with no stoppage

I said before the period that I would be thrilled if it was 2-0 to start the third. Still happy despite Schenn hitting the post
