20-21 Mid-Illini

It pains me to think there’s a legit chance we won’t have a Boys basketball season in 20-21. If we do, who’s the favorite to reign the Mid Illini? I’ve heard a few friends say Washington will defend its title in a big way. Thoughts?

Will the addition of Mathews at Dunlap finally help them out of the bottom of the barrel? They have a terrible program. Always have. I know he is only the sophmore coach but I see him being head coach very soon.

Such a weird season. It almost doesn't seem to matter who wins or places at this point....most people are just happy to see high school sports play again. I really think they could've of started back in January with no problems. But it is what it is...just glad to see these lads get a chance to play a season even if it is abbreviated!

That's a shame -I'm sure both teams were excited to play opening MI night. For Pekin, this would have been first game while Dunlap played PC the other night. I wonder if this game will be made up? And how will this affect Saturday's game? Yuck, hate covid!
