Manual without Miller. Manual people telling me he's at Bloomington.

I'm hearing the same thing. I'm not completely surprised although I expected him to be missing this weekend because he was going to a camp in Atlanta this weekend. I would have thought the next step for him would be a prep school.

This article just says that Miller was at an AAU event? We'll see what happens.

Grayer tore his ACL playing football so I'm not surprised that he's still out.

Miller at event in Atlanta, I believe. But a couple parents of Manual players told me he's transferring to Bloomington.

I don't have other confirmation, though, so I've probably jumped the gun.

As far as guys there today, Quincy Broadway looked pretty darn good.

I've been hearing similar things but refrain from posting about it since I really don't want to post rumors here. I can understand the transfer since Bloomington looks like it could be one of the best teams in 3A for the next couple of years. I thought the next move would be to a prep school since his mom teaches/taught? at Manual, however. We'll see what happens.

Any other stand out players or teams that caught your eye since you went? How did Metamora look? Thanks for the information!

I didn't see Metamora varsity play.

Also, I didn't specify in previous post but Quincy Broadway plays for Manual.

From what I saw:

Lincoln has more size than lots of their past teams that had success.

Lanphier is still the same minus a guy like Larry Austin, Xavier Bishop or Yakema Rose. But lots of solid guys who press and run all day long.

When I saw Bloomington it was vs Dunlap so it was hard to tell much. They were toying with Dunlap.

That's about all I was able to see.

I watched Lincoln fresh/soph last year and they had 3 guys over 6'5". Saw where Bloomington has their sharpshooter back also.

Lincoln has lots of size. Couple 6'5 kids, a real heady guard that can score (don't they always), and a 6'8 soph in the middle. Only his 3rd year playing basketball but he is put together and long!!

Didn't notice any "transfers" for Metamora. Then again, I only watched them for about 3 min.

I don't know why I'm answering this ... :D

There were 2 transfers on court for almost the entire conso game vs Dunlap.

Didn't this get really ugly in January? And February? And March?

The Dave Reynolds/Aaron Ferguson June 1 article states 3 transfers. I'm blaming them!

Dietz was not there with any team, if Metamora barely lost games, wait till he show up, if that is where he is going!!!!

If all that is true, Metamora just got a whole new team for 2017-18 season! A brand new front line with two 6'6 guys and a new guard to run the show. Wow, Christmas came early to coach Grieves! :td Looks like the Birds might be in contention for MI title and more. Of course this depends on who Limestone and Washington get in as transfers! :D

DG always finds a way to make a snarky remark when he could simply praise both teams.
