Purdue vs Minnesota is proof that people who say refs can’t cost a team a game are wrong. Purdue scores a TD to take the lead but the ref calls a phantom OPI flag. Absolutely pathetic call
You better hope the BIG institutes a mercy rule because we’re gonna drop 100

Could you imagine if this knocked a team out of the national championship race?

Might not be as bad of a call as it appeared. It’s the exact same thing that Kittle did vs the Chiefs in the super bowl and was flagged for it

That is pathetic. If the receiver made any contact at all with the defender it was slapping the defender's hands off his body past the point of legal contact which would make it defensive PI anyway.

Illini catch an early break. Actually 2 as Peters was down before he fumbled. Not calling him down gave the guys a free 5 yards on Kramer’s recovery. Kudos to Kramer who gave great effort to beat 3 hiskers to the ball.

How is that catch not reviewed? There is no way in hell that he was down. They review so many stupid not important things and then a turnover play doesn’t get reviewed? The Big Ten is a joke

Zebras missed 2 obvious calls on first 3 snaps of Illini at Nebraska and neither were reviewed.

The first miss included two misses - illegal forward pass and that illegal forward pass being called a fumble.

And now instead of being set up in scoring range they throw an interception. They review everything in college, how do you not review something that obvious?

4th and 2 and the refs just let Marshall grab the Ohio State corner and pull him out of the play. The football gods again save the crappy refs and Fryfogle drops the pass. To this point it appears the refs really want Indiana to make this a good game

This is a clown show. The refs just need to put on a IU helmet

I feel like this season has been the worst season for college football refereeing that I can remember

Three misses in Lincoln so far actually all in favor of Illini. :)

That was a fumble by Penix. This is the most one sided I’ve ever seen a game called early on. No way you can say it was “confirmed”

Illini bounce a pass to a receiver and it’s called a catch but it was a one-yard loss so favor Nebraska. It’s like no one is watching and it’s a call your own game.

Fields is trying too hard to make the big play. That last throw was the worst decision I’ve ever seen him make

And now it’s a game. Marshall got away with another OPI on the TD

Ohio State felt like they struggled in the first half and they had 389 yards of offense. I think Fields and Day figured out Indiana’s blitzes at this point

Illini up 31-17 but settled for a field goal on last drive. Nebraska can score fast so this isn’t over. Illini need to do more than run the ball.

It’s about over. At one point Illini had 210 yards passing and 205 rushing. You want 207 1/2 and 207 1/2? :jokerc

Ohio State hasn’t come to play in the second half all year. The secondary is awful right now and there is no pass rush

Not a top 4 team right now. The defense is the equivalent of the 2018 defense right now. I will not be shocked if they blow this today. The offense has stalled and the defense can’t get off the field to save themselves. Alabama would put up 60 on them

Joliet legend Jeff Monken gets a little help from the replay official as Army holds on 28-27 over GA Southern. Replay clearly showed :01 after GS spike in FG range, but replay official rules game over.
