If Big Ten does decide to play, will players who opted out be allowed to reconsider?
As long as they have not excepted money from an agent they can come back. I know both Ohio State players have not accepted money yet and have not ruled out coming back.

I have zero confidence that Big Ten “leadership” will make a decision any time soon no matter what the reports say. I fully believe they are stalling so that they can do a JV season with the PAC 12 in November
You better hope the BIG institutes a mercy rule because we’re gonna drop 100

So the Nebraska President says on a hot mic that an announcement was coming tonight. Chances are it was not an accidental hot mic given how Nebraska feels about the season.

Then no announcement comes more than likely because Dictator Kevin Warren is mad that he leaked the announcement. This conference is an absolute joke and laughing stock.

Just what San Diego needs, another of the city's sports team moving to L.A.:

It sounds like this is exactly the same thing as when the Little Ten cancelled. It leaked the day before and so Dictator Warren came out like “woah woah I don’t know what you’re talking about. No vote has taken place. This is totally fictional.”

Next day “I know this is going to be totally shocking to the world but we at the Little Ten have decided to postpone fall sports. I know. I know. Nobody saw that coming at all. Total shocking. Now please compliment us for being so woke and stunning and brave!”

And they are coming back October 24. So they delayed it by a day out of bitterness that the Nebraska president outed it early “on accident.” Warren is a clown.

Disagree with return to play if you want, but in a conference that in last few years had Ped State and MSU Nassar assaults, saying return to play is the darkest day in conference history is a bit if an exaggeration.

Yeah, probably overkill, considering what has happened in the past. It will be interesting to see if they make it work with all the testing they're doing. Maybe it will work, maybe not. If it doesn't, then they can say they tried. (CYA) Too much TV money involved, too many coaches worried about losing ground in recruiting. I haven't seen anything about spectators being allowed at games?

Looks like the Pac 12 may be able to start having practices with increased contact sooner rather than later:

At this point, it looks like the MAC will be the only FBS conference that won't play in the fall.

And at this point, MAC should hold out and try to own spring football.

It's been hilarious how the B1G has been crapped on by everyone, while the MWC and Pac-12 have (relatively) skated by this entire time. Only thing I know for sure is Delany would've handled this whole thing better.
That's enough, Reggie Miller.

That's enough, Chris Webber.

On these boards Pac12 has skated, I am west coast fans are annoyed. Also, the Pac12 was a lot cleaner in their messaging. Agreed on Delaney.

I don't know, I've seen the Pac-12 start to take on some criticism as the only power conference to not play this year since Big10 has changed their minds. The conference has become an afterthought and outlier among power five conferences...
